The #30PostSovietYears thematic year – a cooperation between the German Historical Institute Moscow with the Centre for East European and International Studies (ZOiS), the Körber Foundation, the German Association for East European Studies (DGO), the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Russia and Memorial International [1] - addresses the watershed year of 1991 and the legacies of the Soviet era. In this context, the conference discuss global and transregional perspectives on Russia’s 1990s.
