Organization: The German Historical Institute in Moscow will reimburse accommodation and travel expenses of the conference participants and provide necessary visa support for nonRussian citizens.

Please submit previously unpublished material only. After receiving an official acceptance letter the participants will be required to provide the full texts of their presentations by May 1, 2020.
Selected and peer-reviewed texts of the conference papers are planned to be published. There is also a possibility of establishing a research project based on the conference proceedings and in a way to be discussed at the conference.
