International Summer School, Marbach Weimar Wolfenbüttel Research Association "Collection Spaces"

The summer school combines seminars, lectures, and excursions with the possibility of independent research. It is organized within the framework of the Marbach Weimar Wolfenbüttel Research Association (MWW), founded in 2013. It is financed by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Insights into the collections of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar can be found on the website: www.klassik-stiftung.de/sammlungen/.
The application should include the following documents (please attach them as a single PDF file):
- Cover letter
- Letter of motivation (presentation of the academic interest in the topic of the Summer School, max. 2 pages)
- Curriculum vitae
- Brief outline of the dissertation project (max. 5 pages)
- Copy of certificates and transcripts
- Letter of recommendation from the applicant’s home university
- If applicable, informal application for a one-week stay in the archives following the summer school (motivation in the cover letter); if applicable, application for an exemption from the participation fee (motivation in the cover letter
